The shareholders of DaimlerChrysler (stock market code DCX) approved today a dividend of EUR 1.00 / $ 0.8797 per share for the year 2001.
The agenda topic "Allocation of Unappropriated Profit" was approved with 99.27%. The Board of Management was ratified with 93.67%, the Supervisory Board with 93.65%.
The Annual Meeting at the Messe Berlin was attended by approx.10,000 (2001: 10,800) shareholders, corresponding to a total presence of 38.25%.
