Founded in 1915 by Daimler-Motorengesellschaft, today the Sindelfingen plant is Daimler's biggest production facility. S-Class, E-Class, C-Class, CL-Class, CLS-Class, and Maybach vehicles are produced in Sindelfingen and delivered to customers around the world. Every day, about 1,500 trucks and 52 railway carriages pull up to the plant to deliver raw materials and supplied parts, just in time.
