Compensation Board of Management
Responsibility for the compensation of the Board of Management of Daimler AG is delegated by the Supervisory Board to the Presidential Committee. The Supervisory Board receives regular reports on the structure of compensation and any changes made.
The present compensation system has one fixed component and two variable, performance-related components:

A fixed base salary.

Variable compensation in the form of an annual bonus.

Share-based compensation in the form of a four-year plan in connection with stock ownership guidelines which the Presidential Committee of the Supervisory Board of the Daimler AG have approved for the Board of Management, according to which the members of the Board of Management are required to hold a part of their privat assets in the form of Daimler shares.
