Arrival
Travel to and from the meeting is to be organized by the participating shareholders themselves and at their own expense. A permanent bus transfer service will be provided from a car park at the Messe (Fair) to the entrance. The parking garage within the ICC will not be accessible.
Daimler highly recommends to make use of the well-constructed public transport infrastructure in Berlin.

A certificate of attendance of the meeting for tax purposes may be obtained from the German stock corporation law information stand in the entrance area.
Timing and venue for the Annual Meeting?The shareholders` meeting of Daimler AG will take place on Wednesday, April 09, 2008 at the Messe Berlin, Special Entrance Corner Masurenallee/Messedamm in Berlin, Germany.
The event will start at 10.00 a.m., admission at 08.00 a.m., both CET.
We expect a large number of participants. Daimler recommends that you arrive early, also to have the benefit of and to support a quick admission process.
The Board of Management and the Supervisory Board will be seated in Hall 1, where the discussion with the shareholders will take place. Hall 1 has approx. 4,300 seats and we expect it to be fully occupied around 09:00 a.m. CET. Our shareholder service personnel will have to direct incoming shareholders to the next halls with vacant seats, thus step by step filling several halls. All halls are equipped with audio and video transmission of the speeches and dialogues from hall 1.
Participation of disabled shareholders?Disabled persons as well as people in wheelchairs can of course take part in the meeting. The shareholder service personnel of Daimler will be happy to give assistance. The fair ground is handicapped accessible.
Wheelchair users can use the entrance "Neue Kantstraße" and will be accompanied to a marked area, which is located close to the podium in Hall 1. An elevator is available.
Parking lots?The parking lot P 18 close to gate (Tor) 25 at Jafféstrasse will be reserved for participants of the DaimlerChrysler meeting. Please follow the signs south of the fair area to gate (Tor) 25. A free bus shuttle will take you from the car park to the convention center and back.
Handicapped participants are also requested to use the parking lot P 18.
The parking garage within the ICC will not be accessible.

Fares to the venue (Messe) with public transportation
All tickets tariff AB (city of Berlin) cost Euro 2.10 and are valid for two hours. To get back, a new ticket, again for Euro 2.10. A one-day ticket in Tariff AB costs Euro 6.10.
