Admission Tickets
The Shareholders` Meeting is the most important event in the year for a German stock corporation, during which the stockholders are able to put their views to the senior management.
Therefore, the meeting is primarily an event for the stockholders and their representatives.
The e-service for shareholders of Daimler enables the registered shareholders to order admission tickets via our Web site or alternatively to issue proxy and voting instructions to the proxy personnel of the company.
A stockholder who has notified us of his attendance in good time, i.e. notification received by us by midnight (CET) on Friday, April 04, 2008 and who has not received an admission ticket, may still attend the meeting.
In case the admission ticket was issued and simply did not reach the shareholder in good time, the shareholder will be listed in the confirmed-attendance-list. This can be verified at the help counter and a replacement admission ticket will be handed out to the shareholder.
