About us
Even when EvoBus GmbH was established on February 23, 1995, a strategic target was to integrate all European production locations into a highly flexible and efficient network.

Today the production structure is advanced so that specialization of the locations has taken place. The Holýšov plant operates as a supplier of bodyshell segments. In the Mannheim bodyshop bodyshells for Mercedes-Benz and Setra Buses and Coaches are produced. Here the corrosion protection is applied in one of the world's most up-to-date CDP systems of cataphoretic dip priming. In addition, assembly for the Mercedes-Benz intercity and city buses of the model “Citaro” are carried out in Mannheim.

The bodyshells for the other plants in the production network are transported to their destinations by rail. The assembly of Mercedes-Benz and Setra coaches and intercity buses takes place in Neu-Ulm, in Ligny Setra Coaches and Mercedes-Benz and Setra city and intercity buses are assembled. In addition there is capacity for the expansion of Mercedes-Benz Minibuses.

The Sámano plant is specialized in the production of chassis for the European and international markets.

In Germany buses and coaches are handed over to customers at the locations Mannheim and Neu-Ulm. The Mercedes-Benz dispatch is traditionally located in Mannheim and the dispatch of Setra is located in Neu-Ulm. Customers from other European countries can also get their vehicles from the EvoBus subsidiaries in their country.

One column in the European production network is the Mercedes Benz Türk A.Ş with its production plant in Hoşdere, close to Istanbul. In the plant Mercedes-Benz city- and intercity buses as well as Mercedes-Benz coaches are produced. In addition the location owns a bodyshop and a CDP system.
